The Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop Based on the best selling book "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" by Patrick Lencioni

The Five Dysfunctions of a Team identifies five key elements that cause dysfunction on a team and prevent organizations from reaching their full potential. They include:

We work with your teams to identify which dysfunctions are holding them back and then assist them in overcoming each one. During this fast paced workshop your team will:

  • Build trust among team members
  • Better understand the benefits of engaging in ideological conflict
  • Create clarity around the organization's purpose, strategy and goals

Two Day Workshop includes:

  • Five Dysfunctions of a Team assessment
  • Five Dysfunctions of a Team participant's guide
  • Two full days of assessment, training, activities and team building
  • Six month follow up Five Dysfunctions of a Team assessment
  • A one hour six month follow up with the team leader and trainer to review and discuss assessment results

This workshop can be held at your office location or offsite (preference is offsite). Make it part of a retreat or gathering!
